Hello my name is Marc, I was Born in Bedford England, I moved to Bermuda, then Lived in Toronto Canada for 13 years. I Then moved To Houston Texas in 1999, then San Antonio Texas in 2007. Most of my family fought in WW2 against Germany. But for some reason I have more interest in German during world war 2 than any other country. I am obessed with the entire world war 2 culture and know everything little thing that happened from 1910- Until the Berlin wall went up. I am currently back in college to get a degree to boost my pay. I am working on a historical ww2 relic collection. My goal of mine is to eventually build a war room that looks like a ww2 musem. Too bad I am in Texas I would be walking the fields of Europe with a metal Detecor If I was still their. The town I was born in Was also bombed during world war 2. I am sure there are some relics to find their.

I Have been combing through this fourm for a few months now and want to Join and share with rare findings.

    Thanks!

Welcome, Marc! You won't be bored here too long.

Now that you are in "God's country," you might find more than you expect. There are a number of museums in Texas that involve WWII items.

I flew from the runways in a number of Texas cities, one of which is the desert town of Marfa way out there.

I have citizenship to all 3. When I moved from England and became Canadian I had the choice of having dual citizenship so I took both. This year I finally became American. Around 3 months ago I was in a Homeland security building. I passed through the metal detecor and sat in a waiting room with other imagrants. Their were pictures of George Bush, and Cheney on the walls and American flags. A hot lady came up to me asked If I was Marc and told me to follower her. We went into an elevator up 4 floors to her office where she interviewed me and asked me random questions about U.S History I got all the questions correct. She then stamped me as approved to become American. Then I asked her can I keep my other citizenships? She took off her glasses put them on the table and leaned over to me and said we perfer that you surround your citzenships when you become an American Citizen, but we cant force you to. So Now I have 3 citizenships =) and an American Passport. Which is the coolest looking one. One thing I do miss about Canada is Remeberence day it seems to be taken more seriously than people take Verterans day down here. Everyone knows Remeberence day in Canada and is extremely respectful all the way down to Kindtergarten. Veterans day here seems like just another day not enough people care.

Ah right I see. It's cool that even when offered to become fully American you decided to keep all three Citizenships.
