He came from out of state, he was sentenced, he went to jail and they voluntarily dismissed the charges against Wells. It was not a plea agreement, Swafford said.

I believe that in the United States of America charges dismissed means she is innocent in the eyes of the law. But we all know that in the eyes of public opinion some will always believe any arrest means guilty as charged, no matter of the findings of the court so I will not argue the point any further.


But as for the guy sitting beside her, I believe Bob Denver was a well known pothead so who knows?
