How do YOU do it? How do you get away with it, spending hours on end locked in the heat of battle, posting away, above and beyond the call of duty in this forum?

Me, I do it at work of course. Since I work at night, it's easy because the supervisors work during the day. I get my work done early in the shift, then the rest of the night is mine to do pretty much whatever. Very seldom do I post at home on my days off. Between this site, youtube and imdb, the shift just flies by! :D

lucky you, there is no way I can do it at work. I post at home when the kids are not on the computer or the wife, this basically means, early in the morning, lunch break or ...at night ;)

Every now and then. Mostly late night on my own computer when I have peace and quiet to do it. Sometimes during weekends at work when nothing happens.

I simply give the broad outlines to my chief of staff in the morning and leave the details to him. Thank you Freddie!!

I am working from home this week so I take periodic brakes from my hard and diligent work :D to have a play on the forum
If I have to go to work though its in the evening on the laptop while the wife watches crap TV (big brother or some thing involving Simon Cowel):(

Lately, I've been working the night shift. I post when I get home. Lia isn't a morning person and my tapping wakes her. She goes in the bathroom for awhile, then she's ready to not kill me. We have breakfast, she goes to work and I go to bed. I check the net again when I wake, then I check on Lia. If she has to work late, I'll go to the airport to have dinner with her.

I post mostly at work. After hollering at some peons first thing in the morning I check the forum. I still get my work done but every free second I get I use it. Once home there is a slew of things to accomplish so I don't find very much time there.

Mostly at work and the evenings at home. There was a three year period where I was gone due to no internet available where I lived (middle of nowhere) but since getting the laptop and broadband card, there are no limits.

As the restaurant tasks start taking over, I'll be decreasing my participation here. Let's hope that by then my enjoyment of the good company here won't be degraded by the growing pervasiveness of ignorant pricks and nazi-adorers.

As I have been mostly house-bound since my cancer battles started back in 1996, and my multiple bone/joint repair operations have rendered me 96% disabled by the standards of the Social Security board I post after I get done writing/researching topics. Both on the "net" and in the three library collections here in Billings MT. (2 college, 1 public)

Occassionaly I even spend time down at the Western Heritage Center going through their collections of photos and stuff just to keep myself from going completely bonkers. I am perfectly satisfied with only "half bonkers", thank you very much.

Just make sure you make it a wi-fi hotspot and stay open 24/7 for the Rogues!

I work for the government and I read Dilbert. That explains everything.

I post when I should be studying for the bar exam. If I fail the exam, I am blaming Otto!

Alas, if I fail, I have to either study for another 4 months or I have to move back to a state in which I am licensed to work for a firm. Either way, my wife will likely be quite stressed by the result!
