I was lucky enough to be born in Australia, my folks had emigrated from the refugee camps of Europe in 1947. We are originally from the Ukraine and my father was 16 in 1941 when the nazi's tracked across the Ukraine to get at Starlin. He was recruited into the auxilliary police by the nazi's in 1941 and I take for granted that you all know the tracks he plodded over the next 4 years. I have a life time of first hand experiences of the Barbarosa campaign from a miriad of sources recounted to me, talk about the good the bad and the ugly, I have heard it all, especially the ugly. I have an avid interest of the socio and geo political aspects of that era, the technologies and the international espioage which filled that ten year period. For obvious reasons the extermination of the Jewish innocents and the targeted religious and social groups interst me as well. The social dynamic of the German, Italian and Japanese poulation of the era intersts me as well. Shit I am interested in it all and am pleased to be here.....thanks.
