    I actually watched about the first 10 minutes of "The" funeral/memorial/concert ... They wheeled out his gold plated coffin whilst the choir sang something about "The King?" ... When it was obvious he wasn't going to burst out of the casket straight into a rendition of the Thriller video, I changed channel ... Called himself an entertainer ?? Now that would have entertained me.
