Hi everybody, posting another dagger from my collection.
My Land customs dagger with hangers and portepee.
Bought this from an old friend. It has the rarer copper wire wrapped around the green leather of the grip. The dagger proofmark is Tiger of Solingen.
    I hope you like it

    regards John

Thanks, I got this one from a fellow collector in my home town. The scabbard leather is perfect as is the condition of the hangers and portepee, with minimal scuffing to the grip. That part looks worse in the pics than in hand.

Hi quartermasteruk, I have a contact I made through Johnsons in the states. I had a luftwaffe sword with a completely shot grip. He re-leathered it with original morrocan blue leather. If you want his details I can look them out, just pm me, if required.

    kind regards John
