Upgrade - Vienna Style

I was lucky enough to upgrade my Cupal IAB.

Here she is, what do you think?

It's a goodie mate,stunning obverse. Reverse looks like it didn't like the finish so much,not that it detracts from it being a rare bugger. Stewy

Thank you for the comment, I like it very much.

The reverse IMO is what we should expect to see being that it is only bare aluminum.
The reverse on these variants did not receive a silver finish like the obverse and over time this black tarnish forms.

Here is a pic of another one from my files that has had the reverse IMO cleaned. You can see the black build up around the hinge and catch.

I thought these were "dipped" for their finish? Obviously not mate. Stewy

 

What I think is that they are some great IABs ;-)) I wouldn't mind adding one of thoe to the collection sometime ;-))
