For American posters who are preparing for Thanksgiving with all of its games (TV and kitchen) and other involved things here is a fun recipe set for either yourself or your spouse to use for a wonderful turkey dinner without all the basteing and other bother.

I already made my own sourdough bread over last weekend, so that is behind me for the dressing/stuffing. I'm into making the stock now so I can gather some other things for tomorrow I don't have on hand. Fresh sage and sweet potatoes for two.

Anyway here is a "video" set that shows the process:

    Looks fun and tasty.

Happy Turkey Day to all my fellow Americans!

Clint salutations and enjoyment the next several days and to my USA bro's as well.

the Zupha bread is baked, it is about time to leave at 4.30 am for places north.

you can keep the Turkey = oversized rodents, I'll take the pig over the spit .........

    enjoy !

Thanksgiving will be even easier here. We're going to my daughter's for dinner. she's doing the heavy work, all we have to do is show up, eat, and watch football. My wife is going to make a homemade apple crisp, which I'm really looking forward to. This will be the 3rd year of my daughter doing the work, but after 30 some years of us doing it, it's nice to hand it off.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the American Rogues, but best wishes to all, no matter where.

Looking forward to Turkey Day! As always, a day spent with my wonderful family. Oh yeah, the nap afterward is never missed... sure signs of a hefty meal :);)

Clint, for some reason I can't open the link?? maybe it's on my end.... and I'll double check my gmail.

    Lou,

Swing on Thanksgiving. Oh the horror. I leave that sillyness for Christmas. Big turkey, big venison roast, big gathering. Only bad part is having to get up at 3am for work on Friday!

I hope that all the Rogues have a great Thanksgiving, and it is filled with family friends food and fun. And I echo Mike...don't be crazy on Friday morning! Everyone play nice.

Doesn't appear dead to me. I've looked at it twice (the second time just now) and got it both times.

It must have been "off" for a short period or something, I looked again and it worked. Don't ask me whazzup, I just figured when it was closed or "gone" when I looked it would be for everyone.
