I was looking at images on google large size under the option and I found a blog site to some pretty rare images. Pretty good images of the german soldiers during that time. The first picture is very graphic, the soldier seems pretty "in control" of himself after what appears to have happened. The second picture is interesting, anyone know what the ritual is called? The second set of pictures, what is the author trying to imply (the one with the Jewish man surrounded by what appears to be Wehrmacht officers and civilians), how do you describe "scorn" and also "No wonder Israelis are the way they are"??? The quality in some of those shots are amazing, they really capture the surroundings beautifully.
Some of those images really take you back to that time at least it does for me. I like the image of all of the germans sleeping. Some of the eastern front images are really amazing.
interesting photos, ya i also like the one of the soldiers sleeping in the grass.....they must be on the march / really tired as it must be unfortable wearing their gear, the soldier in the first photo must be in a state of shock
