Greetings all, another new member here. I've read the forums from time to time as I research parts of the war but decided it was time to register so that I can at least ask questions.

Name: Bill. WorldWarBill seems appropriate for a nickname here, although I don't exactly know why. I live in the vicinity of Memphis, TN., USA. 54 years old. World War II has been a lifetime fascination, I don't know why for that, either. People used to ask me why I found it so interesting and I could only shrug. Really, why do we like what we like? Beats me. Nor do I care.

Anyway, I do play war games, time permitting, but have gone back to school so that has cut into gaming time badly. Favorite is Hearts of Iron II: Doomsday. Some day maybe I'll get back to it. I also loved the gaming engine behind the V for Victory series, including the two later off-shoots.

That's it. I'll try to behave and bring something to the table.
