    interesting but how sure are you that those tile pieces came from one of Hitler's bunkers? Looks like a tile sample you get at a Home depot?

    if it's authentic that would be a neat piece to have. It would be difficult to prove it's real, especuially if it was bought online. it looks so easy to reproduce and claim it's real. But if it it real, kudos to your nice collection.

    dont really think my dad would do that sort of thing he is real proud of his relics

    I'd like to hear the story behind the story too! A former 'bosses' Brother had a chess piece from one of Hitler's little "hidey holes". Each member of the squadron kept a chess piece and a few other choice items. I never heard the whole story but did see a "rook" from the set.
