    Ah, the old Monogram kit. Brings back a lot of memories. I might have three or four of those in my pile of unbuilt kits. Pretty good kits for their age.

    Yep, that's the one. I have built three of them now. The first one was when I was around 10, in the late 60's. The second one was about 4 or 5 years ago, but then my 5 year-old daughter stepped on it.

    I built the Revell 1/48 scale of the P40 Flying Tiger when I was in junior high school (35 years ago). I still love that model. :)

    Nice model! I especially like the paint scheme and weathering. Very convincing! Any chance we could also see the belly?
