Hi guys, I understand that it's illegal to show a swastika here in Berlin but while I am here I would like to try and pick up some WW2 items. Can anyone give me any advice. Is there anywhere I can pick some things up? Any advice at all would be fantastic, thank you

Buying militaria in any Capital City is difficult ( eg Paris and London ) ; the best results are usually had 'out in the country'.

It's a few years since I was in Berlin but there were one or two interesting fleamarkets where WWII stuff could be found. I remember one in the Museum Insel and I believe there are others. There's a magazine called 'Zitty' which gives the best info about when and where to find the fleamarkets.
