    wow how did they get such a good picture?
    must be in very shallow water?
    image 13 is probably there just to see if you are paying attention :)

    Thanks, Alan, cannot believe I missed it. I have only been in 505, a IX class long range boat. I cannot imagine what a Type V11 must have been like. The USS Drum felt like a cruise ship by comparison. I doubt I will get too Bremehaven but can research it.

    The wreck is in 65-70m off the coast of Malin Head, Ireland... I should know, it was me who took the pictures!

    I used a tripod (not the easiest thing to fiddle around with at those depths :( ) and a Canon Powershot S90 on a long exposure (15secs if I remember correctly) ; in most of the photos I used 2 exposures and blended them together to remove spurious other divers..
