"Grenadiers" by Kurt "Panzer" Meyer, available in recent years only in the original German, is being put back into print in its Enlish language translation by the good folks at Fedorowicz. Their web site is:

    http://www.jjfpub.mb.ca/

It should be available in a couple on months, so be on the lookout.

I think this publisher is great, thanks for the tip and the link, (which will go to the soon to be database driven link archive)

Thanks for the info M60A1! It is supposed to be very well done.

I wonder if he tells of the story of where he and his unit were pinned down by the Greeks at either the Klidi, or Klissura pass. In order to get in motion again, he was supposed to have taken a live stick grenade, and tossed it behind his men who saw it and charged, taking the pass.

To be fully honest, I had bought the book in German from Amazon Deutschland. I have had it for about 3 months, and have progressed only to page 25. My german language skills are not what they were back in the 70's. I was VERY glad to find out it was coming back in English!!!
