Those who did the most damage should take most of the consequences.

So as a measure for other countries how many migrants have the US taken and how many more will be allowed in. Simple question unless you have become a politician.

    Hmm...

I don't think Russia is a Mecca for refugees, that actually seems to be where I'm from...

    Tell a lie...

It's my language they seek (as well as all that milk and honey we enjoy in the hills).. but for our American cousins in the US who also speak English.
    ?

    IDK.

I don't have enough info to give you a number but as the main mover in the catastrophic destruction of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya & Syria the USA should bear the brunt of sorting out the crisis. At least taking as may as UK/France/Germany combined.
I am an Irishman living in the UK not an American by the way. .

Soooooo all those former members of the Glorious British Empire can expect a check any day now for all the wealth 'relocated' for a hundred years or so?

I remember when the EU expanded 4 years after the Eurozone came into effect with the single currency; and GB let in the flood of new EU citizen migrants whilst countries like France and Germany didn't want them so they made them wait...

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2004_enlargement_of_the_European_Union

Which is all well and good, but you can't then say anything about GB not wanting free movement if those new EU citizens wasn't good enough to come right away to other EU countries. - I remember GB being one of the first to let them all in and France and Germany didn't want to...

The original version of my post... I personally didn't like the direction that I took it in...

Saw something on UK TV about Amish teens coming to Peckham/London for a TV show.
Looks like it could be called Meet the Amish on YouTube, but, video is blocked in my country (though the network channel is from my county)? so, IDK 100% for sure.

I wonder if this Channel 4 video'll work in America?

    Okay...

    So...

    EU...

2004 expansion that saw member states freely come to GB but not France or Germany...
But all of a sudden GB wanting tighter border control is somehow un-European despite the French and German hypocritical snobbery regarding the 2004 expansion and France or Germany.

    Germany needs to grow up.

Less than 100 years old and already gave us 2 world wars and tried to wipe out a people.

The German; (on a good day).
