I believe you confuse your colloquialisms .

As the clip I posted earlier clearly explains. Vagina is a 'fanny' in the UK. As you live in the Americas then you take 'fanny' to mean 'arse'.
The correct context would be that it is you would talk through his fanny-or as we say here 'Talk through your arse'.
If you do a Google you will find many hits for 'talking through your arse' but none for 'talking through your vagina'.
