Hey, christmas is coming,so which one is your favourite christmas movie? I really like Schöne Bescherung with Chevy Chase, sry doesn´t feed the bulldog, but I can not find the original title of this movie. edit: I found the english title, it´s "Christmas Vacation
Polar Express ! (Robert Zemeckis) The "graphisme" is interesting and personally, i really enjoy the music; nothing to add about that.
The Muppets Christmas Carol. "It's in the singing of a street corner choir It's going home and getting warm by the fire It's true Wherever you find love It feels like Christmas" I LOVE that film! I also enjoyed The Grinch, I'd never heard of it before the film came out.
well i've looked through the listings published to date and 'The Great Escape' is NOT on it................ Note- this is relevant to UK posters only.......... :smok:
The original Grinch movie is the bestest ever!!! The little dog slays me! (Get it? Slay/sleigh?! I'm so ruddy clever, it scares me!) Although I like the chick in Santa Claus is Coming to Town. Jessica, I think her name is. She's kinda cute, for a marionette! (Okay, Ricky, I'll take my pill now! :-? )
No 'Great Escape'.....what is this country coming to......'Wizard of Oz', that must be on if 'The Great Escape' isn't! I shall have to look out for the original 'Grinch' movie....I'll make a point of seeing that. Tom....marionettes? It also scares me how clever Tom is!!!!!
Also i forgot to mention "the Nightmare Before Christmas".The characters are really outlandish and the Christmas Town décor is enchanting. The music ?always good.
i actually know rather few christmas movies but my vote would go to muppets christmas carol and an honouralbe mention to gremlins
"My mother always told me, never trust singing fruit" This one must be the best Christmas movie, seeing as all these movies suffer from a disgusting overdose of Christmas spirit. Yuck. "It's a very merry Muppet Christmas Movie" is OK as well.
That he was. Grizzly Adams doesn't have a thing on Yukon. My favorite Christmas movie is a little known film by the Canadian giants, Trailer Park Boys, called "Dear Santa Claus, Go F*** Yourself". Despite the name, it is a very delightful romp.
the one with james stewart in...cant remember the name...and some like it hot with tony curtis jack lemmon and marrilyn monroe(cus it always on at chrimbo) plus it one my fav films of all time!
