are we considering tankkettes? Also what do you mean by smallest, by size or by weight?

I would have a guess at TP-7 or TKS

    Hi.

There were two types of small tanks: a) small but high or b)wide but low

    The Morris-Martel One-man tank was (LxWxH) 3100mmX1500mmX1700mm

The Carden-Loyd Mk. III One-man tank was 3200mmX1400mmX1500mm

    The Carden-Loyd Mk VI Two-men tank was 2460mm X 1700mmX1220mm

Non of these had a turret.

Afaik the japanese type 94 special traktor/tankette was the smalest tank-like vehicle ever 3140mmX1760mmX1630mm

    Yours

    Hi.

Maybe this pic shows the size a bit better (japanese soldiers were small, the maximum allowed height for japanese tankers was 162 cm...):

    From the tanks!-website:

    Morris-Martel one-man tank Mk I:

Carden-Loyd one-man tank Mk I (other suspension than Mk II but nearly same size, the "turret" was open to the top and back and afaik not turnable):

Carden Loyd two-men tankette Mk VI:

not as small as the pre war tankettes but probably one of the smallest post war vehicles especially given it had a 90mm gun:

I`ve seen a German mini tank before and it was pretty small but it was pretty neat.
