I am looking for more information about the German versions of the french half-tracks Unic Kegresse, Somua MCG and Somua MCL. Apparently designated U304(f), S303(f) and S307(f) respectively by the Germans.

These 3 halftracks were used in some numbers by the Germans and some variants were build on their chassis:

the MCG was the basis for:(numbers in parenthesis are the numbers converted)
    *panzerjager mit 7.5 PAK 40 (72)
    *Munitionszugkraftwagen, gepanzert(48
    *Pionier-Panzerwagen
    *leichter reihenwerfer 16 rohre (36)

The MCL was the basis for:(numbers in parenthesis are the numbers converted)
    *Schwere reihenwerfer 20 rohre (16)
    *raketenwerfer mit 48 schub (6).

The reihenwerfer was a battery of 81 mm mortars arranged to fire in one salvo
The rakentenwerfer was a copy of the Russian Katyushka

The P107 was used in alot of roles mainly as a transport or artillery towing vehicle with little modifications. Some armoured derivatives were converted tough:

    *Leicher Schutzenpanzerwagen (two versions)
    *Schutzenpanzerwagen(funk)
    *Zugfürer fahrzeug mit 3.7-cm-Pak 36
*Selbsfahrlafette (teilgepanzert) fur 2cm flak 38
    *Selbsfahrlafette (gepanzert) fur 2cm flak 38 (72)

    Hope this helps
