    Hello everyone. It is my latest drawing: “Scharnhorst”. It is a commission from a regular customer. I hope you like it. Rgards.

    Title: Scharnhorst
    Technique: Pencil / graphite.
    Format: 11″x16″, paper Canson, acid free.

    Though perhaps a contradiction in terms the Germans built beautiful warships and Scharnhorst and Gneisenau are two of the best to illustrate that observation thought the pocket battleships did too.. I took a class
    in collage on the naval history of WW2 and the Professor had two Scotties named after the "sisters"..

    I thought your drawings just beautiful, graphite has a softness that combined with harder leads that ages or patinas drawings in my humble view. Yours are quite exquisite..
