My dad was a gunner in a tank with the 193rd, and was one of the 8 tanks that survived the ambush. I would love to see that picture to see if he is in it....
I'm looking for info about my grandfather, Peter S Genovese, who was in B Company of the 193rd Tank Battalion. He was one of the unfortunate ones who died in the onslaught of tanks on April 27th, 1945.
