    Ttrahey, can you tell us more? This thread is an old one. I suspect no one has looked at it recently. Why don't you tell us more? Perhaps start your own thread in Information Requests or What Granddad Did In The War. You'll get more comments and help that way. BTW welcome to the forum.

    My dad was a gunner in a tank with the 193rd, and was one of the 8 tanks that survived the ambush. I would love to see that picture to see if he is in it....

    I'm looking for info about my grandfather, Peter S Genovese, who was in B Company of the 193rd Tank Battalion. He was one of the unfortunate ones who died in the onslaught of tanks on April 27th, 1945.
