I am looking for other members that have the same interests as I in high altitude flight gear like B-3 jacket, A-3 trousers, B-6 helmet A-6 boots, etc.

    Welcome to the forum Gary,

Short story: My uncle was in New Guinea flying P47's and his cold weather gear ended up molding in an Australian apartment he
and a few others rented in case of leaves. No need for high altitude flight gear in the Jug. He wasn't too happy.
