This A.M: I watched and thouroughly enjoyed the Duke in: El Dorado. Of course the movie also had: Robert Mitchum, Christopher George, Paul Fix and a young James Caan.

I like James Caan's character: Mississippi, and the double barrel shotgun carried on his hip!
Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, was on AMC tonight. Pretty entertaining.

Yeah, James Caan was very good as Mississippi.

One of my favorite quotes in that movie was when the Duke just finished tossing a bucket of cold water on the sleeping Sheriff (Robert Mitchum) who sputtered and said: "What the hell are you doing here?" and the quote I liked was the Duke's reply: "I'm looking at a tin star with a drunk pinned on it."

Starting Monday evening, I will be starting to watch the final 16 episodes of: The Time Tunnel. Damn, that sure was a good show. Too bad it was short-lived.

Starting tonight I will be watching some The Time Tunnel episodes from Vol 2 and when done will start watching season 3 of Hogan's Heroes. Hopefully by the time I finish those, hopefully Season one of both: The Rat Patrol and Daniel Boone; will be in. After that, I get to watch: Captain Horatio Hornblower on DvD. :snoopy:

Nothing wrong with Tom & Jerry. Sometime in the near future, I plan to buy the entire theatrical release of those classics on DvD.

Starting disk 2 of the remaining Time Tunnel episodes.

That reminds me, next time I go to Wal Mart I have to pick up Seasons 4 and 5. They had them for 20 bucks apiece. They didn't have Season 3 though. I have the first two seasons but I can't find the 3rd one. I'll have to check in Best Buy. They should have it or if not, Circuit City most likely will. The 6th and final season should be comming out soon.

Hogan's Heroes is the best. Along with M*A*S*H and Seinfeld, they are my all time favorite TV series. I'd buy the M*A*S*H and Seinfeld DVDs but they are always on TV. Plus the DVD collections are quite expensive. 30-35 bucks times 9 seasons of Seinfeld and 11 seasons of M*A*S*H equals a lot.

    "Dresden" from 2006

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0461658/

Did not know about this earlier so a bit shocked to find it in the shops.

Quite nice techniques to show the Lancaster formations on the ground and as well going up to the sky and preparing for bombing.

otherwise the story is utter ******. 7 out of 10 for the Lancasters...

I have the first 3 seasons of H's H. Dang, I had not known that WalMart has them for $20.00 a season? Im going to check on that when I get back home this evening. Yep, I recieved an email telling me the final season is about to be released. I buy most of my stuff through www.deepdiscountdvd.com but on occasion I buy from Circuit City and even rarer from Best Buy--as they are too damned expensive and also usually don't have anything I want to begin with.

Still awaiting for my 1st season of The Rat Patrol and my 1st season of Daniel Boone (whish is on back order)

Anyway, I grew up watching H's H and STar Trek, Gilligans Island, McHales Navy, etx.

Oh, the first season of Gunsmoke is about to or already has been released. I have never seen any of those and have only seen a very few of the B&W episodes. John Wayne introduces the first episode.

I'm pretty sure that they were 20 bucks but don't hold me to it. I know that they had them for $30 on their web site. That's why I was surprised to only see them for 20 in the store. They had Rat Patrol there too. Can't say I really liked that series though.

By the way, that site you posted has some great deals on a couple of DVDs I was after.

Just finished watching the Good Shepard again. Figured I would bring this up since there is little mention of WW2 and the visit to Berlin right after it.
