Yes indeed - well done on a nice job! I see from the 'Nachtjagd War Diaries' that no positive identification of the attacking aircraft has been possible. At least four Halifaxes were shot down within minutes of each other on the Western approach to Berlin ( some real Nachtjagd aces were active in that area including Sayn-Wittgenstein ).
thanks there's a couple of things I was unsure about in the log page 9 - what does the S badge denote? I can work out all the other ones apart from this one. I guess this must have been David's badge. page 119 - there's lots of bits and pieces in there, some bus/train tickets, a banknote?, his POW id tag, an AG badge but there's a few others - any ideas?
