Any Clue?

    What is this document? It is an insurance document from Hannover, but past that I don't know.

    It is a yearly adminatrive document from the agricultural chamber which mentions a summ with yearly interests. It looks like a tax document to me with the due payments in twelve equal payments. The receiver's job is painter.
