    Yes,

I´d expect alot of the movie but we´ll see if the director goes where the fence is the lowest.

Hmmm this sounds interesting! Carl- those thumbs wouldn't come up for me... but I'm on the work computer, so that could be it.

Is this a hollywood movie? US release?

Any info on director, producer, etc.?

    Hi guys.

Hi Daniel--I don't know where its being filmed at. I was in the midst of surfing a few websites yesterday and a German Miliataria Collectors forums, and I found this link to it there. I will be glad to buy the DVD when it's released--sight unseen. Oh and, thank you Daniel for posting the best picture from the thumbnails. [IMG] [IMG]

Hi Crazy, as long as the thumbs go up on your home computer--all sin will be forgiven. :D

    Crazy--all sin is forgiven :D

Erich--I also have a clue on who he is being a W-SS General who is wearing the wrong beltbuckle. He is wearing a non-general officers beltbuckle--his should be gold--not silver.

AS for who he is, I will wait for a few to try to guess. Maybe Paul will beat us all to the punch. [IMG] [IMG]

Hahahahaha, no i'll not be picky--so I will be able to enjoy the movie if I ever get to see it.

OTOH, people being VERY nit-picky about U 571 was irritating.

OTOH = On the other hand. ;)

Thing is--if you noticed his collar tabs--he was of generals rank. I'm surprised that the filmmakers made that mistake.

Is this a Hollywood production? If so, I wouldn't expect much more than a depiction of gallant Americans battling Nazis to the finish, aided by a few bumbling and inconsequential Brits with a few lines of text after the credits to explain it was actually the Russians who conquered the capital of the Reich.

I heard, and this is really hush-hush, that this is a Hollywood production and Tom Cruise will be playing Marshall Zhukov, with Danny Devito supporting as Uncle Joe!

    Later

    Rattenhuber?????

Sounds interesting to say the least.

One stunner though--Tom Cruise as Georgi? He's not in the proper age catagory but--maybe H-woodland can make him look like him.

I'd give the movie a shot.
