Buildup to D-Day in England book reccomendation.

    I am trying to find a good book that would discuss the Army buildup to D-Day in England. My Grandfather was there as of 8 Jan. 44 and worked in the motorpool getting vehicles waterproofed and ready for the invasion.

    Can anyone reccomend books or online sources that would help me learn more about this period?
