Can someone help me identify a belt buckle

    hello, thank you for your time, excuse me for my english. Help me please to understand history this belt buckle, i think it is about 1920-1930 years, i bought it in sweden. I suppose it is not "Pfadfinder", it look like but it is not. Thanks for any help.

    it seems no product marks there

    hmmm I was hoping for a mark to help id it, I have been looking around and searching for buckles with four Fleur-de-lis on them, so far no luck I thought maybe swiss scouts because a page I viewed said they used for Fleur-de-lis sybols each meant something I will keep trying to help if I can!

    I was wondering if it might have had some tie to the time the French were in Indo-China in a big way as the colonial power?

    thank you for your help. i found out that emblem of finland's city turku. i suppose it was in ~1917-1920
