There is a very good chance this is my unit destroying the Iraqi armor as the 3rdID was in our sector and we were in front of them.

The last several minutes of the video you can see our armor moving in and destroying Iraqi armor from 3,000 meters away. The 125mm gun on the T-72 has to be within 1,500 meters to be effective. You can also hear Iraqis returning fire in that video if you know what their weapons sound like. I hear alot of Iraqi machine gun fire in that video but it was all in vain. I'm shocked there is not more out there on this battle. It was the largest armor battle in American history and larger than all but two armor battles during WW2. The Battle of 73 Easting gets most of the attention from that conflict and is the most studied. The Battle of Medina Ridge was larger, though.
