Hi folks I am currently constructing a Second World War website and would appreciate any feedback, suggestions and corrections from you fine folk. (Just to clarify, this is not a ‘rival’ website – it is not a forum ). It is still a work in progress (and will be for a long while) but I am trying to combine a reasonable level of detail + original colour/colourised photographs + fancy infographics, maps etc (when appropriate). I am trying to come at it from a sort of educational/historical aspect but it’s tricky to know if I am ‘pitching’ it right. I picked a random page I completed a while back to get a fresh set of eyes on it. Westerplatte / Baltic Coast / Invasion of Poland | The Second World War Any help/constructive feedback is appreciated. Admin: If this is not appropriate/breaks rules or is in the wrong place, please accept my apologies! Many thanks
One suggestion for general use: If you want to go into depth on a topic but don't want to swamp the noobs, link the academic/technical arguments and let the reader decide if they want to continue reading on that topic. And remember, Hyperwar was created to spread factual information, so feel free to borrow whatever you need. Patrick would approve.
