I've been watching this over on the Internet Archive (link goes to first video, 'Prelude To War')

I thought it was a pretty fascinating film series, and I wondered what everyone else thought about it.

We have it at Hyperwar. I think it is the best propaganda film set ever made.

That series and Victory At Sea are just about my favorite WW2 based programs, I know VAS was made in the fifties, but still.

VAS drew heavily from WWF for footage.

I think I have only seen the first two episodes. Seems like every other year some family member of mine buys me a WWII dvd collection in the cheap bin at Wal-Mart with Prelude to War on it. But unfortunately, non have bought me a set with every episode!

I got the whole Victory at Sea! Love it!
