For some short check-up in the net I found that there´s a city called that name in Germany
    ( or was?).

(Against the accused Johannes Post, Hans Kahler and Artur Denkmann) : Committing a war crime in that they in the vicinity of Roter Hahn , Germany, on or about 29th March, 1944....

Maybe in Lübeck´s nearby(?), as I found some refrences there and a couple of hotels that name all around central Europe...

Just guessing, but maybe a local military organisation at the time late in the war?
