    Hey forum,

I'm looking for information on a relative of mine who was in the army's motor pool in the 40s.

His name was George Johnson. He lived on Bay 7th St, New York, and I think he was Norwegian or Swedish.

Unfortunately, that's all the information I have. But I would love to learn more about him and more about my family's history.

    Sincerely,
    John

Welcome, it may take a day or two but I'm sure someone will be able to find a few things. Fold3 is a great place to start. They have draft cards and much more. It can be frustrating trying to find the real pertinent information due to time and the fire at NARA back in the 70's but I'm confident we'll be able to fill in some of those blanks.
