    Of course, Hastings(1066), Agincourt(1415), Marston Moor(1644).
Hastings because I'm intriged about the fake retreat. Agincourt because it has always been my favourite battle. And Marston Moor, because it's our civil war, and I wanna know if it was a slaughter.

I think it would be great to see the looks on the Roman soldiers faces when Hannibal's elephants came charging. I betcha they were scared *&%# less!

Mons Graupius in AD84, from the point of view of finally being able to tell archaeologists where it happened!

Hi Framert, it's my absolute favorite battle of all of history to study about. Also, I know a few German vets who fought there and that gives it a more personal touch to it.

    Best regards--Carl.

I would choose Kursk. The largest tank battle is something worth watching.

 What criteria did you base this on? Sheer amount of wasted human beings? Just wondering as most people have been going for interesting battles between two armies. Not two bombing raids and one of the biggest bloodbaths of WWI.
