Italian Zeltbahn

Hi Guys

Thought I would share my minty WW2 Italian Zelt. This one has the war time dark colors to it and not the florescent blue-green colors of the post war examples. This one has a nice mm as well.

Hi Fischer, thats one heck of a nice one. Ive always wanted a zelt of my own but never ventured into that direction---yet ;-))

Anyway, im drooling over the pictures of yours.

 

Thanks Carl....I am fond of the Italian Camo, mainly because the 12th SS HJ was outfitted with it. The LSSAH returned from Italy in 43 with a huge stock pile of captured material which was mostly utilized by the 12th along with some Heer and FJ groups.

Here is another one, converted to a German style zelt...I like the splintertarn used as support pieces for the grommets.
