Some really nice itmes again. I 'm wondering whether the Kaiser coin from 1906 could be a talisman? The flare is pretty nice too. Is the lid a part of a U.S. flashlight?

This coin could be a talisman, maybe from a German soldier who also fought in WWI.
The lid is an cover for over the headlamp of an US vehicle, to stay out of sight from airplanes while driving in the dark.

Many soldiers were superstious and had a little somehting. Maybe this was a lucky coin given by a WWI father to a WWII son. It is a nice find and rather unique too consider this is a WWI coin found among WWII material.

It looks like Aru-Ed spend half his life digging in the woods. It's really worth the trouble, thanks again. I enjoy watching the finds.

Here are some pictures of my last trip, last Sunday.
In a big crater i found the most items, including a medical bottle and the pocket watch.
Or a GI got a full hit by artillery/mortar fire or the crater was later used as a medicpost i don't know.

Wow, excellent finds and beautiful pictures! Thank you for posting these. I wonder what other things are still buried there, quietly waiting to be discovered?:D

That's great! Incredible to think that someone shaved with it over sixty years ago. Keep the pictures coming, I really enjoy trying to figure out what objects they are
