    what do you think of all the sudden trades of big players, for better or for worse.


    Jason kidd to Mavs
    Shaq to suns
    Ben wallace to Cavs


    To name a few

    the only trade in those that will matter is ben to the cavs

    what do you mean, you think J. Kidd won't matter. Shaq will make the suns worse.

    I just love Keith Van Horn“s part....

    ...Van Horn, who hadn't played for the Mavs since the 2006 Finals, agreed to come out of semi-retirement and rejoin the Nets. Van Horn received $4.3million - the number that allowed the contracts to match up for the trade to go through.

    Since Van Horn had not formally filed retirement papers in the last 20 months and was still considered a free agent whose rights belonged to Dallas, the Mavs were allowed to use him in the deal, as long as he agreed to hang around the Nets for what could turn into a 30-day job, if even that.

    yeah, getting paid to 4.3 mil to come out of retire ment.

    what i meant was that getting ben for the cavs will them surefire playoff teams
    mavs will make the playoffs without Kidd and the suns will make the playoffs with Shaq
