Dont know if anyone else has seen this DVD, but its excellent, Its a dvd release of a program that aired in the eighties, but made at the height of BOMBER COMMAND operations during ww2 and in COLOUR. In my humble opinion it portrays a real sense of how it was ,or should say how it must have been for these brave chaps, and as a personal bonus, a relative of mine is actually one of the crew members and appears on screen during the debrief. I hope its ok to post a link to the DVD,

It is a classic and is essential for anyone interested in the WWII Bomber War to own. It is the ONLY colour footage shot in WWII on an Operational RAF bomber station ( RAF Hemswell in Lincolnshire ). Clips from it appear in just about every TV documentary to feature Bomber Command.

Slightly off topic... But who could tell the name of an English tv-serie telling about the same thing: RAF's bombing raids against the Third Reich?
I remember the Finnish Broadcasting Corporation showing it (probably) in the mid-70's.
