Anyone see the FX original series "Over There"? I saw the first two episodes thus far and I thought it was just OK. It could be a lot better. What do you guys think?

I've been watching. I think it's good. It seems to point out a lot of the obstacles faced by our troops that are imposed not by the enemy, but by our own military as a reaction to media presence and public opinion.

    Maybe it's just hollywood anti-war sentiment, i don't know.

I think the show is pretty good. Shows both ends of the spectrum. Though the characterization of the troops are apparent, such as the thinking white boy and the ignorant black. It still shows things from a soldier's view which is needed.

The recent episode with the insurgent questioning was very good, in my opinion. I look forward to what else this show has to offer.
