You know what would look really cool? How about having snoopy wearing a GI steel pit, carrying an M-1 Garand and assaulting Omaha Beach. I saw this done several years before Charles Schultz - the cartoonist who created "Peanuts." It was a one panel cartoon with no words and had Snoopy assaulting that beach - honoring our guys on the I think 50th anniversary of D-Day.

Kickstarting this thread, mostly for nostalgia, but also some progress slowly incoming also.

Smilies & emoticons were always a feature here, they were effort mostly driven by our now dormant Rogue Peppy. At one point we hade some 750 active smilies, spanning all sorts of character, topics, & messages. Peppy had a collection of over 1,000 that I just now stumbled across on an old hard drive. I've uploaded them and will be re-adding these over time. There are plenty of new unseen ones. Something to add some character to your posts if you wish.:whatastory!: :illuminati: :mouse1::_achtung: :fistpunch:

A quick note...all smilies installed here are limited to 18 pixels high. Some are very wide, but there is a limit to their height. The purpose is so that adding a smilie won't break the basic line structure of your text or paragraph. You are of course free to add a graphic of any size and create gaps in your text if you like, but the use of our smilies won't create awkward or irregular text breaks.
