    I hope you lot are watching Sheep lambing live every day bbc2 8pm....You know it makes sense...I'll be asking questions next week when its finished...And looking for volunteers for next years lambing.

    Flaming Germans....Leave the sheep alone....Jackboots into Poland is one thing...Invading France is the limit...But you try getting into my pollytunnels..My sheep fight back....British Sheep....Carl...I'm lambing..Its all I do apart from come on here for next few months...The pains of marrying a shepherd...

    Well Carl, I only speak for myself but this is the season for the work when working sheep. Shearing, lambing, vaccinating, docking, blah, blah,...

    That is one of the "rhythms" of the farm/ranch I don't miss in the least. We had a small herd compared to "urgh", only about 250 Columbia ewes, but the smells are not to be believed Sir. Calving is almost "civilized" by comparison, I don't know why.
