In my DAMN CANCER! post, I said I would update you guys on the situation. My Uncle Norm had his surgery, but they know it will come back, and since he has had illnesses in the past he is not a candidate for chemotherapy. In other words, he's going to die
That is sad to hear. Less than 2 yrs ago--my Uncle went through the same thing. He did pass away having lived his remaining months very peacfully--for the first time since before his service in the U.S.Army in ww2.
Buff, I hope he can live his life to fullest in these closing days. Well my German/vet friend has not made up his decision yet as to what he is going to do about his colon cancer......he is 89 almost 90 and he is really mulling over that what-if's. ~E
My sympathy buff. I've had three relatives die of cancer and one of my friends is in chemo right now. I'm sure that everyone here in the forums is praying for you. DUCE
My sympathies are with you and your family ww2 buff. I had a Grandfather die of cancer. Cancer is such a terrible thing . My prays go out to you and your family.
Mine went pretty well for me. I watched "Sink The Bismarck" and "The Longest Day" on TV and had a surprise but nice call from a great friend.
