    General note: Excerpt of original. Film was produced with titles and shows meeting of 40,000 Confederate war veterans in Jacksonville. They dance to fiddle music, with many cars, horses, bands, and flags. They are shown dining together in a mess tent. An electric street car goes by during section titled "Sons of Confederate Veterans Parade," a third of the way into the film. An African-American loyal to the Confederacy is shown, as well as "youngest vet." Produced by Mackey and Coutant Film Co.; sponsored by Florida Commercial Sound Films of Jacksonville.
