They do not have freedom. Being really poor and constantly kicked when trying to get up is not freedom. Basically, you can start a business and a person with more money can pay an official to take your business. Happens all the time. Unless you can leave it is almost impossible to escape poverty there. It is not freedom.

Under the old system, if you basically stayed out of trouble one could do OK, but the bar for OK was pretty low.

 

I'm not sure that we overly disagree with each other on this one friend. The only thing I will state is that again, IMO Trump is closer to a Democrat then a NeoConcervative. I'm sure there are those who will disagree but the Neo Cons are terrified of Trump and Bernie far more than Hillary because they will all be kicked out of either one of them is elected (in theory). This is why I think Hillary wi win. God help us all if that occurs.

As for his hateful speeches, anti-refugee rhetoric, comments on bulding a wall with Mexico etc. is really all for show and to get publicity. At least I hope so.

I still can't believe that Hillary and Trump are likely the front runners for the Presidency of the United States. Surely a country with 330 million people and some of the finest universities in the world can produce better candidates? Clearly it doesn't seem to be the case and that scary.

 

I can't believe it either but then the number of Presidential candidates that I really like and in the November elections during my voting years could be counted on one hand with some fingers left over. Time to start looking at third party candidates again I think or getting close to it.

Trump says "' I love my country and want to protect it and American values"'....protesters say "" to hell with American values, ----no free speech, we will disrupt the peaceful gatherings of rival parties"" ..and the media tries to make Trump as the bad guy!!

 

You make the protesters sound just like the Scottish National Party except they do not say to Hell with American values, its to Hell with any values we do not agree with.

 

He is the bad guy. A loud-mouther bully who can be seen in extreme fear when his podium got a knock recently. His terror was obvious to all.
Trump might play well with the crazies but there just are not enough of them to get him into office. Trump cant even get a majority in the Republican Party.

 

Just because Trump has the Republican Party on the run does not mean he is not the best candidate it just means the Republican Party are thickos and Hills will be the next President. Still should keep her busy and out of Bill's way for a while.

 

At the same time he says things like that he advocates policies that are in direct conflict with the constitution and says things that are incredibly divisive. When one takes any sort of in depth look at Trump it appears that he loves himself and wants to protect himself first then his name. After that it's an open question.

Protest is an American tradition as long as it's peaceful. That is free speech by the way. Condoning or encouraging violence against protestors isn't a pro free speech position either. Removing disruptive elements from such a gathering is reasonable but not violently doing so. Lumping all protestors together isn't really very accurate either.

 

as stated before, you go over to someone's house that you don't like, there's a fight, who's fault is it?? the protesters--! Trump is the bad guy, --not criminals......they are the good guys right?

If he loves his country then why are is the vast majority of the clothing of his and his daughter's lines made overseas in Mexico & China?

That is hardly protecting America or honoring it's values.

 

Now, if we could just send Donald back to 1930's Germany...

Don't think that'll happen...Hitler would listen to that blowhard for 15 seconds and say "This guy is crazy. Give him the gas."

 

Trump certainly would make America 'grate' again!

 

So its OK for Hitler to use gas chambers when he is using them on someone you want to be rid of but wrong when he makes the decisions on who dies. Double standards I think here.
