I was snooping on some other forum i i got this:
    250. raketna brigada PVO (250. rocket brigade of AA defences) on YU military forum ( good walkaround of NEVA and KUB missile systems operated by Yugoslav PVO):

This is THE old radar ( based on URAL 4321 truck) that managed to see F-117 when it mattered the most:

This is THE targeting radar that managed a lock on:

This is THE command post that did the job ( it also has a confirmed F-16 and unconfirmed damaged B-2):

This is THE command post of Zoltan Dani CO of the battery that shot down F-117:

I have 1/72 lounching ramp for Neva in 1/72 produced by Russian company GRAN.
Radars will be more tricky. ICM-produces a good kit of URAL 4320 truck (as flatbed, box type command post, Katryusha and fuel truck), ZIL-131 truck which is used for transport of the missiles ( as flatbed, box type command post, Katryusha and fuel truck). Trailers will have to be scrac built and I don't have a clue where and how do i get 1/72 targeting radar.
