I think Poland was the first real try of the Stuka's support of the moving infantry. And I am pretty sure it played a large part of the quick decisive win as well.

Did the Germans test out Stuka's in the Spanish Civilwar?

Is there any Polish testiment to the attacking sirenes from above?

Yes the Spanish Civil War was used as a testing ground for many concepts of aerial warfare. The Stuka was proven there and also area bombing when the Kondor Legion bombed the Republican City of Guernika. Many Civilians were killed and the City suffered heavy damage.

I knew about the area bombing in the Spanish Civil war, never knew they tested out the Stukas as well.

The Germans used the Civil war to test out different types of weapons and tactics.
