Now, I have realized that Hillary should blame the Low Energy Jeb Bush for her devastating defeat in the first place.

Should Jeb have won, Hillary would have been already preparing for exceptionally smooth transfer of power: she moves into the Oval Office and O'Bama rellocates into Clinton Foundation. A castling, so to speak.

 

What O'Bama is actually doing now is well known WWII Scorched Earth tactics. He is yelling in his Bunker: "I don't want to avoid devastation!".

Hillary actually won the popular vote so the only thing devastating about the loss was that it was to Trump. If Bush had been the Republican nominee he would likely have gotten well over 50% of the popular vote and taken the electoral college by a landslide. The polls all along were showing that Trump was the only Republican candidate that she had any hope of beating and that was going to be close.

 

Strictly arithmetically, yes, in California, not elsewhere. Needless to say, the victory is all that counts: the cunning Trump has won by a landslide, despite the oposition and mainstream media. Respectable achievement of a brave, determined man. Exceptional.

Fortunately for America that hasn't happened. Who needs yet another boring, uninspiring, low energy el Presidente.

Yet another proof that the polls are garbage in - garbage out process. How could statistics alone penetrate into human minds and reveal real human needs. Judging from the available results, an Average Joe has woken up and said: stop that nonsense and start working in the best interest of America.

To me, Trump appears to have desire and potential to be as good or even better than Reagan, the last good POTUS. It was about the time.

 

When you are talking numbers that what count. It wasn't only in California either. She wouldn't have had the plurality of the popular vote with just California. Indeed she won several other states and needed the plurality there to win them even got the majority in most of them.

Trump hardly won by a landslide. Can't do that without the majority of the popular vote and he was a considerable ways off of that. Trump one not so much despite the opposition but because of the opposition. Hillary was the only Democratic candidate he had a chance of beating. Don't see anything in the election that warrants calling him brave either.

That's complete BS. The US hardly needed a Narcistic, loudmouthed, self centered, conman for president but that's what we got. I'm not sure any of the other Republican candidates would qualify as all of your adjectives above either.

Wrong again. The polls were hardly garbage, indeed the better ones were reasonably accurate if you understand the statistics and limitations. There is little evidence that Trump will work for the best interest of America indeed the evidence to date is that he will do so only as long as it fits his own perceived best interest. You make the rather obvious mistake of assuming that Trump means what he says and has some intent on fulfilling his promises. His history shows otherwise. He even advocates lying in his book to "close a deal". Of course many in the top two parties are hardly working in the best interest of America either.

We'll be lucky if Trump isn't an absolute disaster. I'm not convinced by the way that Reagan was even mentally competent in his last term but he at least had good advisors and listened to them. I think the nation owes more to Nancy most realize.

 

With a different set of candidate's it is unclear just how the election would turn out.

There is strong evidence that this was a change election cycle, which was a great boon to Trump and a detriment to Clinton, yet there was also a tremendous anti Trump bias based on his own words and actions which cost him much support within the RNC/leadership and gave Hillary a good deal of support from a somewhat apathetic democratic base.

Hate to say this, but both were the only candidates poised to gin up support for the other. I would much rather seen Jeb Bush or John Kasich as the Republican nominee, but neither could be credibly projected as a change/outsider candidate and the 'mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore' voter isn't likely to come out in the numbers they did.

 

But Hillary had so many negatives neither would have needed it. This was an election where many if not most people were voting against one candidate or the other. Those that didn't like/hated/despised Hillary would still turn out in numbers those that felt the same for Trump would have a better alternative.

 

I am sorry but I have to shift focus to the blame shifting game involving "all 17 secret services".

There was a hacker, Marcel Lazar (44) a peasant from Romania, AKA Gucifer 2.0, who broke into Hillarys' and Podestas' mail accounts and has hacked other high ranking US and Democrat officials. He was spotted, arrested, brought to the US and convicted to 54 months in prison. Last year he was found dead, after FBI couldn't find him in his cellblock to question about the Clinton emails....the witnesses around Clintons just happen to die, luckily For Hillary.. Case closed you might think.

Now, "all 17 secret services" have re-opened the old case and are claiming that others did it.

Do they think we are too stupid to understand what they are doing. They want leave devastation behind O'Bama to make Trumps' work as hard as possible.

Derar Santa, with slight delay, please make Trump first purge secret services and send Hillary and Comey in prison and put them in the same cell to blame eachother for the rest of their lives.

 

I must respectfully disagree.

Both sides in the end pulled in their base, except in a few swing (and not so swing) states where small, but electorally significant numbers of voters jumped parties to vote for the change candidate. Absent perhaps 100,000 votes in PA, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin that turned them 'red', Hillary would be President-Elect today. Votes that have, over the last half dozen cycles, been traditionally blue.

I remain unconvinced that, Cruz, Bush et al would have drawn them out in the numbers needed as they did not represent significant change in economic policy, drainers of swamps or business firster's.

Mr.Lazar has "claimed" to have hacked Hillary's e-mail server, but offered no proof, nor did he release anything he found - unlike in his other hacks.

Tamino has also given Mr. Lazar a new alias, Jesus Christ.

It is well known that hard disks of Hillary’s server were erased multiple times, bit by bit to remove her secrets. They used professional data-shredding software, so it is conceivable that the process has destroyed traces of the code that was allegedly used to hack Democrats and Secretary of State private/business/mafia correspondence. So where the hell they’ve found it? Or you suggest the Russian hackers produce special data-bleach-resistant code?

The latest information indicates that they have produced that Joint Report without even examining the hardware. How the hell is that possible. Do FBI/CIA employ psychics?

And remember, they will deport you when Trump assumes power – he has promised that he will deport all of you criminal illegal immigrants. I would have been concerned at your place.

You also forget...Just as there are professional grade data shredders, there are also professional grade data recovery tools. About the only way to 100% guarantee that your data is gone forever is to physically destroy the hard drive. Further, AFAIK, the DNC was not in the process nor habit of shredding their data - this is your Hillary confusion.

Still, the problem is not where, how, or what bits of malware were detected and recovered. The problem will be directly tying that data to any foreign government. The malware has been out for some time now, and should anyone get their hands on the source code, as some have - including computer security companies, they can use it, modify it, and deploy however they see fit. The FBI/CIA/Whatever is not the only one that has been working on this case...Why is that so hard for you to understand? CrowdStrike did the DNC work...ESET has been digging around this for two years.
