Only if Der Furor Trump abolishes the US Senate first. Which...He just might.

Draining the swamp does not mean releasing all the Obama sycophants and replacing them with Trump sycophants...

The ten-spot was called the "Dix" in New Orleans. Dix is ten in French. Those flat bottomed boats loaded with whatever goods were packed onto them and floated down the Mississippi River (Abram Lincoln was a boatman for awhile when he was a yute) was a good source of imported goods. The boatmen, trappers, fishermen and other businessmen were then paid in local money, issued by New Orleans banks and printed in both French and English. The dix was one of the common denominations used in business transactions.

10 dollars per freed laborer woman and 15 dollars for men sounds about right for Civil War times.

Guess I should mention that it was 10-15 dollars per month...before taxes, clothing, and doctor bills.

It's over now as the last ditch attempt has failed. It's Trump's turn to act quickly, otherwise they will assasinate him.

Yes, and we will have a "Deportation force" to round up Cher, Whoopi, Rosie O'Donnell, Streisand, Lena Dunham and all these other undesirables and send them back to Trump's gulag. ;)

He also has the potential to be a petty, vindictive, uninformed bozo.

    Just say'n.

A big part of the Wisconsin win was the work done by Ryan and his WI operation, Rubio or Kasich could likely have taken WI and NV, so even losing PA and MI would still produce a win

That's the problem, CrowdStrike was employed by the DNC and they had a motive to blame Russia instead of their own incompetence. The FBI never had access to the DNC server, which makes any conclusion suspect

Entirely true but with Trump the Hope for Better exists, with The Clintons none - just a large scale reiteration of what she did as Secretary of State. Just imagine the scale of pay-for-play business with her in Oval Office and Bill in Clinton Fundation.

CrowdStrike was called in only after the DNC hack, they were not the ones providing the DNC's cybersecurity.

I think the poster (Freebird) was saying the DNC had the motive to blame Russia, and was referring to DNC security incompetence, not CrowdStrike's.

Something about the whole story as being presented to the public "smells", something is being hidden or "spun".

    From CNN yesterday:

    Washington (CNN)

The Democratic National Committee "rebuffed" a request from the FBI to examine its computer services after it was allegedly hacked by Russia during the 2016 election, a senior law enforcement official told CNN Thursday.

"The FBI repeatedly stressed to DNC officials the necessity of obtaining direct access to servers and data, only to be rebuffed until well after the initial compromise had been mitigated," a senior law enforcement official told CNN. "This left the FBI no choice but to rely upon a third party for information. These actions caused significant delays and inhibited the FBI from addressing the intrusion earlier."
This statement is in response to reports that the FBI never asked the DNC for access to the hacked systems.
Clapper: 'Disparagement' of intel agents cause for worry
The DNC told Buzzfeed News that they did not receive a request from the FBI to access their computer servers.

"The DNC had several meetings with representatives of the FBI's Cyber Division and its Washington Field Office, the Department of Justice's National Security Division, and US Attorney's Offices, and it responded to a variety of requests for cooperation, but the FBI never requested access to the DNC's computer servers," Eric Walker, the DNC's deputy communications director, told BuzzFeed News.
The FBI instead relied on the assessment from a third-party security company called CrowdStrIke.
The DNC did not immediately respond to a request for comment by CNN. But President-elect Donald Trump cited Thursday's news to hit Democrats, tweeting, "So how and why are they so sure about hacking if they never even requested an examination of the computer servers? What is going on?"
Congress held hearings on the alleged Russia hacking on Thursday, where officials agreed on the conclusion that Russia is a major threat to the United States and was behind hacking meant to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.

The FBI says no access, the DNC says they cooperated?

    Yes, you got my point.
It might have been even somewhat believable if the DNC officials had not already been caught lying multiple times.

It would be like refusing the police access to your property after a burglary, and then trying to pass off your own evidence to the. Insurance company - it wouldn't fly.

Now, I finally believe: Trump has won because Putin cyberattack deniggerated Hillary and persuaded naive working class and rural Americans to vote against her. I need no evidence. CNN claims are enough as they have a spotless history of delivering truth for decades.

Except, the DNC did not claim a Russian Hack...CrowdStrike did.

So, "your point", is really no point at all.

I don't think you realize just how many people held their noses and voted for Clinton because they absolutely hate Trump. Against a reasonable Republican a great many of them would have voted against her, Even Cruz would have gotten quite a few of their votes. I suspect Michigan for instance would have seen a majority vote for the Republican candidate no matter who else he was.

Slaves didn't draw a salary. They got fed, clothes, housing and worked. But no pay.

I remember something about a play or a song wrote by a homesick slave that got sold off to a distant place, and the plantation he was born and raised on was called Dixie. Some say it was the basis for the beloved song "Dixie" written sometime later.

That faint whooshing sound you heard was the joke passing far, far over your head.
