A M25 Tank Transporter had been designed as a transporter/recovery unit for the 12th Armoured Division. Here the 134th Ordnance, tows a M4 Sherman tank that had lost its track due to a mine explosion in battle during the attack on the Maginot-Line pillboxes near Rahlingen, France.
